Pinoy Bank Observations

My keen observations with BDO SM Branch Cebu.

About 11am December 01,2009, I entered BDO SM to do some transactions. People are lining up going to teller's desk. About 6 or more tellers are on their respective teller's desk, but only one or two out of 6 tellers are serving the customers, others are doing some job while on the tellers desk setting & facing to the customer. I can see people's faces lining up in a very long line and feeling sick of watching these 4 teller's doing something and not serving. If these tellers are not ready to serve, then they better stay away from the tellers desk and do their task off the customer's eyes.

Customers deserves convenience...
